- Presentation Gradacyjna Analiza Danych shown on seminar in series "Metody przetwarzania informacji niepewnej" in Instytut Badań Systemowych PAN on 11th April 2006 by Wiesław Szczesny and Emilia Jarochowska. Consists of illustration of main grade analysis concepts - curves of concentrations and of maximal concentration, overrepresentation maps and grade cluster analysis. Furthermore it shows as an example of analysis table of economic indices for the European Union countries and diagrams describing the next stages of development. In Polish.
- We received information, that Prof. Bogdan Gębski is planning to include grade analysis issues to next year seminars concerning data analysis intended for students of sociology at Uniwersytet Szczeciński. We thank for interest!
Visualization of food products consumption in Europe in year 2001 by FAO [pdf in Polish]- Antropometrics data from Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka - leaflet [pdf in Polish]
- Overrepresentation map and .grade file for morpheometrics data of three species of Iris sp., described by Fisher R. (1936). The use of multiple measurements in taxonomic problems. Annals of Eugenics 7: 179-188.
Two species are emphasised by different markers, the last one is left unmarked.- When the data in your input table is noisy
When there's a zillion missing values in the set
When outliers obscured structure
And your trend is having rupture
There's no sense in being choicy,
Just you bet!
Chorus (tune from the Monty Python's "Lumberjack" :
Grade analysis is great, grade, great
The best thing that's been ever made!
